BETWEEN VALANIO AND SOKRAKI

CHASM CAVE         

Between Valanio en Sokraki, in the area of Agios Theodoros, a chasm cave is located. It is concealed in an olive grove. The walls of the cave are dry and the cave is full of dust. The cave has no decorations. 

The entrance to the cave measures 2.6 x 2.6 metres. Behind the entrance to the cave there is a descend going down 8 metres to the first floor. Subsequently there is an unknown depth which is too narrow to explore.
